Anita Lettink brings insights and perspectives about the future of the work to businesses and organizations. Her work offers a blend of reality-based thinking founded on data, combined with a visualization of the new world of work.
Anita is an award-winning keynote speaker on the Future of Work and advises boards on forward-looking workforce strategies. Anita has a customer-driven mentality and understands the complexities that businesses are faced with when defining and executing their digital transformation strategies, especially regarding the workforce.
Before becoming partner at SMC, she was a member of the executive board of NGA Human Resources and globally responsible for strategy, alliances, and external communication. She advocates and sponsors diversity and inclusivity programs.
Anita has authored two books: “Equal Pay for Equal Work” (2023) and “How to Select Your Next Payroll” (2022).
As partner of SMC, Anita focuses on strategy, innovation, people, and technology. She is an experienced director and board member, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Anita is a non-executive board member of the University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht and a strategic strategic board advisor to Syndio. She teaches at academic executive programs and is a recognized global thought leader.
Anita has lived in Germany and the United States and worked all over the world. She is experienced in working with multinational organizations and adept at leading international, virtual teams.
